When a school employer posts a job opening with TeacherJobs  through this website; you are providing your personal name and position title, school name and contact information, and the details of job openings with your institution.  You agree that TeacherJobs may publish such information to prospective employment candidates.  It is understood that TeacherJobs: will notify prospective employment candidates about such job openings; will provide application instructions to candidates; does not control the actions of candidates and is neither responsible nor liable for such actions.  Additionally, employers understand they are under no obligation to hire any candidate referred to them by TeacherJobs, and any reference and background information supplied is provided by the candidates.  TeacherJobs does not provide any background check services. 

Information Collected from Applicants:
When a Jobseeker submits an application with TeacherJobs through this website, personal information must be provided so that your identification and credential information may be verified.  This information may be provided to prospective employers in pursuit of employment for you.  We will not share your information with anyone other than a prospective employer.   

When submitting an application, you certify the truthfulness of all statements made to the agency and understand that it is unlawful to make false or misleading statements to an Employment Agency either orally or in writing regarding education, training, experience, or references.  You acknowledge that the information given to you by the Agency relative to prospective employment is given in good faith.
